TUSCOLA - Adam Dewayne Swaim, 20, died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2001, following a vehicle accident. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, in Buffalo Gap Church of Christ with the Rev. James Martin and Haven Miller officiating. Burial will be in Tuscola Cemetery, directed by Fry-Bartlett Funeral Home of Tuscola.

Mr. Swaim was born Sept. 26, 1980, in Abilene to David W. and Kathy Pierson Swaim. In 1983, he moved to the Lake Abilene area. He worked as a heating and air-conditioning technician and was a member of ECCA Volunteer Fire Department and Elm Valley Community Church.

Survivors include his parents, David and Kathy Swaim of Tuscola; two sisters, Shirley Hay and Betty Swaim, both of Tuscola; his grandmothers, Jackie Swaim of Abilene and Maxine Pierson of Tuscola; two nieces; a nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
