Thalia Pauline Pearson Chasteen Windham

(April 26, 1917 ~ April 5, 2005)

Thalia Pauline Pearson Chasteen Windham, daughter of Richard Marvin Pearson and Fannie A. Burleson, married 1st to John Durwood Chasteen, married 2nd to Ralph Boran Windham.  Her body was donated to medical science, specifically to Southwestern Medical School, Dallas Texas.


Pauline Windham, 87, was lifted up to heaven by angels Tuesday, April 5, 2005.

Memorial service: A memorial service will be held at a later date. Pauline belonged to the willed body program at Southwestern Medical School.

Memorials: Her family respectfully requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Vitas Hospice of Fort Worth or Wish With Wings of Arlington.

Pauline was born in Lawn on April 26, 1917. She was a treasure to her family and friends and will be dearly missed.

Survivors: Sister, Dorothy Ellis of Wheeler; son, Donald B. Chasteen and wife, Dotti; daughter, Anne Keller and husband, Dr. Ben R. Keller Jr.; adored granddaughters, Jill Henderson and husband, Bret, of Haslet and Julie Hinds and husband, Jeff, of Lewisville; four beloved great-grandchildren; and many admiring friends.
