Winfred Kelly 'Buddy' Dean

Winfred Kelly 'Buddy' Dean, son of Lonnie Lee Dean and Lottie Bell Carter, married to Velmarie Moore and buried in Tuscola Cemetery, Tuscola, Taylor County, Texas.

Winfred K. Dean, 80, passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family on April 10, 2018. He was born in south Taylor County to Lonnie and Lottie (Carter) Dean on July 24, 1937. He married Velmarie Moore in 1959 in Abilene.

He spent his career as sales manager for BJ Services. He enjoyed being with his family, spending time at the lake and working in his yard.

He was preceded in death by his wife Velmarie and his grandson Adam Latham. He will be fondly remembered by his daughters, Sandy Latham (the late James), Rhonda Feemster (Mark), and Tammy Cook (Willie), seven grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren. He also has many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, April 13th at Fry-Smith Funeral Home in Tuscola, from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.. Graveside services will be April 14, 2018 at the Tuscola cemetery at 11:00 p.m. Condolences can be left at Fry-smith.com
