Kelsey Denae Webb - Class Of 2013

Kelsey Denae Webb

April 5, 1995 - February 14, 2016

Kelsey Denae Webb, age 20, passed away unexpectedly in San Angelo, Texas on Sunday, February 14th, 2016. She was born on April 5th, 1995 in Abilene, Texas.

She graduated in 2013 from Jim Ned High School and would have graduated from Angelo State University in May of 2016 with a bachelor's degree. She was a member of Kappa Delta Pi, a national honor society in education, and TCTA, the Texas Classroom Teacher's Association. She had made the dean's list most semesters. She was to be a special education teacher and was very excited about working with children who have special needs. She had future plans on attending Texas Tech University for a masters degree to specialize in the education of students with various hearing difficulties.

She is survived by her mother, Telitha Webb; sister, Mackenzie Webb; grandparents, Larry Webb (Papa) and Sherryl Webb (Nana); aunt, Lauri Webb; cousin, Sheyann Gadberry; father, James Wall; half-brother, Joseph Wall; and numerous cousins, extended family, and dear friends.

She is preceded in death by a close friend, Jesse Rathbun, who was also lost way too young. They are together again, probably teasing and picking on one another. Her craziness will ensure they have a lot of fun, but his sanity should keep them from wrecking the place.

Services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, February 20th, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in Tuscola, Texas. Financial donations to be used towards hospitalization costs and school loans may be made to the Kelsey Webb Memorial Fund at Texas National Bank in Tuscola, Texas (325-554-9000).
