Rosa Lee Betterton, daughter of Felix Bailey Betterton and Bertha Maude Linville, married to John Thomas 'J.T.' Jones, then married 2nd to Carl Lee Brazeal, then married 3rd to Richard Dale Purlee and buried in Pecan Grove Cemetery, McKinney, Collin Co., Texas.

ROSA LEE PURLEE BRAZEAL

Services for Rosa Lee Purlee Brazeal, 75, of Anna, are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Burial will follow at Pecan Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation is set for 7-9 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.

Brazeal died Saturday at Medical City of McKinney.

She was born January 2, 1923 in Tuscola to Felix Bailey Betterton and Bertha Linville. Brazeal was a laundry supervisor at the then Collin Memorial Hospital for 23 years. She was a Methodist.

Brazeal was preceded in death by one son, J.B. Jones; one sister, Bertha Mae Johnson and one grandchild, Corey Jones.

Survivors include her lifelong companion, Carl Brazeal, of Anna: two sons, T. J. Jones of Venus and Roy Jones of Bonham; nine grandchildren, Charles Jones, Aaron Jones, Darrin Jones, Briane Jones, T. J. Jones Jr., Tommy Joe Jones, Jennifer Jones, Dwayne Lack and Cammeron Autrey; seven great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Jones, Tyler Jones, Jeremy Jones, Haley Brown, Zachary Jones, Jessica Jones and Mercedes Autrey; one sister, Mammie Carter of San Angelo, and numerous nieces and nephews and other loving relatives.
