Roy Clay 'Bull' Cupps Jr.

TUSCOLA - Roy Clay "Bull" Cupps Jr., 31, died Sunday in Abilene.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Buffalo Gap Baptist Church with the Rev. Graham Gutting officiating. Burial will be in Belle Plain Cemetery south of Baird, directed by Fry-Bartlett Funeral Home.

Mr. Cupps was born in Baird and moved to Tuscola in 1976. He graduated from Jim Ned High School in 1983. He married Robbin Flint in 1984 in Buffalo Gap. He had worked for Abtex Beverage Company and Texas Steel and was employed by Abco Industries from 1990 until his death. He was a member of Buffalo Gap Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, of Tuscola; one daughter, Courtney Cupps of Tuscola; one son, Slade Cupps of Tuscola; his mother, Jane Mitchell of Abilene; a grandmother, Dorothy Bilbrey of Abilene; five sisters, Dorothy Dawkins and Amy Biggs, both of Tuscola, Michelle Collins and Betty Vaughn, both of Abilene, and Carla Ann Cupps of Boulder, Colo.; and many other relatives.

Memorials may be made to Belle Plain Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 1001, Baird 79504.

Tina Ochoa (Cobb) (1982)

I loved this kid too. he was funny and a prankster and very likeable. He was a good friend, we had a funny saying about him, Im no fool IM cool like Bull, . Great loss to the world. Rest In Peace Friend.
