Ruby Louise McCarty Lindell, daughter of Thomas Hubert McCarty and Ruey Fay Splawn, married Stanley Giles Lindell and buried in McBee Cemetery, Ovalo, Taylor County, Texas.

Services for Louise McCARTY LINDEL, 60, of 5225 28th St. will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Ford Memorial Chapel of First Baptist Church with Dr. D. L. LOWRIE and Rev. John BALLARD, both of the church, officiating.

Burial will be in McBee Cemetery in Lawn under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home.

Mrs. LINDELL died at 3:10 p.m. Sunday at Methodist Hospital after a lengthy illness.

The Clariet native moved to Lubbock in 1965 from Houston, where she had lived two and a half years. She previously lived in Abilene for 12 years. Mrs. LINDELL, who attended Texas Tech University, married Stanley LINDELL on Feb. 27, 1945, in Savannah, Ga.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Steve of Lubbock, David of Dallas and Paul of Big Spring; her mother Ruey McCARTY of Lawn; and five grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Leon HARRIS, Bill THIGPEN, Darrell WHITTEN, Alton STRICLLAND, R. B. CARTER and L. C. WALKER.

The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
