I attended Jim Ned High School from 1961-1964.  Mrs. Holliday was my English Teacher.  I do not see any reference to that position in the death notice.  She always spoke so softly and was well respected by her students.

Mrs. Holliday first taught me in 7th grade in Ovalo when the Tuscola and Ovalo schools consolidated.  When we came to South Taylor High School, she was teaching English.  She was always a kind and patient teacher.  I had a hard time learning Shakespeare; she would stand in front of the class and recite it.  I was always amazed since it was so foreign to me.  She was loved and appreciated by all of us.
