George Hugh Herrington

(November 13, 1933 ~ December 4, 2001)

George, son of Ollie Oscar Herrington and Ruth Elizabeth McIver, married to Opal Parsley and buried in Bono Cemetery, Bono, Johnson County, Texas.

George H. Herrington, 68, a wholesale jewelry salesman, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001, in Fort Worth.

Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bono Baptist Church with burial in Bono Cemetery in Johnson County.

Mr. Herrington was born Nov. 13, 1933, in Tuscola. He was a member of Bono Baptist Church.

Survivors are his wife, Opal Herrington of Cleburne; daughters, Deborah Inzer of Dallas, Paula Cowan of Cedar Hill and Laura Wimbish of Euless; grandchildren, Stephenie Bowen, Jessica Inzer, Stephen "Bo" Wimbish and Lauren Wimbish; brother, Jack Herrington of Odessa; and sister, Shirley Dees of South Lake.
