William David 'W.D.' Shores

(March 7, 1933 ~ December 3, 2003)

William David 'W.D.' Shores, son of Angus Waymon Shores and Reba Lee Rosson, married to Vernie Loraine Fuller and buried in Mission Burial Park North Cemetery, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.


William D. 'Dub' Shores went to be with his Lord, December 3, 2003 at the age of 70.

He served as Pastor in Brownwood, Zapata and Sandia for a total of 23 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Loraine Shores.

He is survived by his sons, Dexton D. Shores and wife Debbie Del Shores; sisters, Hortense 'Shorty' Coats, Jeanie Salyers; grandchildren, David, Daniel, Melissa, Rebecca and Caroline.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the entire staff at Regent Care Medical Center and Vitas Hospice for their loving care.

SERVICES
Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M., Friday, December 5, 2003 at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 A.M., Saturday December 6, 2003 at Northwest Park Baptist Church, 8550 Bowens Crossing.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northwest Park Baptist Church Building Fund or Rio Grande River Ministry. Mission Park Funeral Chapels North.
