
Billy George Hafner

Bill, son of Morris Eugene Hafner and Arra Villa Pruitt, married to Betty Deloris Crew and buried in Tuscola Cemetery, Tuscola, Taylor County, Texas.
TUSCOLA - (RNS)-Bill Hafner, 52, of Comanche Shores, died at his home of an apparent heart attack at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday. Services will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church.
The Rev. Darrell Strickland, pastor, will officiate, with burial in the Tuscola Cemetery under the direction of Fry Funeral Home.
Mr. Hafner, was born June 26, 1922, at Tuscola. He married Betty Crew Aug. 24, 1945, at Geneva, Neb. He served in the Air Corps in World War II. He was a farmer and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Oscar (Sherry) Smith of Goldsboro; one son, Bill Jr. of Santa Ana, Calif.; his mother, Mrs. Villa Hafner of Tuscola; a grandaughter; one sister, Mrs. Hill White of Abilene.
Pallbearers will be Casey Moore, Roy Little, Frank Boulter, Stanley Boulter, Sonny Lippenscott and Robert Davis.
