William McBee 'Will' Tucker
(March 7, 1898 ~ November 1, 1941)
Will, son of William Harris Tucker and Mary Frances McBee, married to Viva Wylie and buried in McBee Cemetery, Ovalo, Taylor County, Texas.

Tucker Body Found, Rites Set Saturday
Funeral will be held Saturday at 3 at the Ovalo Methodist church for Will Tucker, 41, native of that community who drowned in Lake Salvador, Louisiana, last Saturday.
His body was recovered Thursday from Bayou Perot and is enroute to Baird for preparation for burial by Wylie Funeral home.
Tucker was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Tucker. He was graduated from Ovalo high school, attended Abilene Christian college during the last war, and was graduated from Texas Tech in 1929.
He had been an assistant professor of physics at Tech, and had worked four years with Westinghouse before joining the Brown Geophysical Co. of Houston where he was employed at the time of his death.
Survivors are his wife, and these brothers and sisters; Mrs. Bert Clifton, Abilene; Mrs. Henry Roberts, Mrs. W.J. Williams and J.L. Tucker, all of Ovalo; Woods Tucker of Brownfield; H. Leo Tucker of El Paso, formerly of Abilene; and G.R. Tucker of Sanderson.
