Arnold Maxine Foster Hicks

(October 15, 1922 ~ January 28, 1989)

Arnold Maxine, daughter of Albert Anderson Foster and Mary Arizona 'Zona' Kerby, married to William Walton 'Bill' Hicks and buried in Resthaven Cemetery, McCamey, Upton County, Texas.

McCAMEY - Maxine Hicks, 66, died Saturday in Upton County Nursing Home.

Graveside service will be 11 a.m. today in Resthaven Cemetery directed by Richard W. Box Funeral Home.

She was born Oct. 15, 1922, in Runnels County.  She had lived in McCamey since 1947, was a homemaker and a membrer of Eastside Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Hicks of McCamey; one daughter, Dollie Lynch of McCamey; one son, Bill Hicks Jr. of Hobbs, N.M.; three sisters, Loraine Foster of Tucson, Ariz., Buddie Herrington of San Angelo and Mrs. Chester P. Davis of Midland; and five grandchildren.
