Kenli Parish Riney

September 17, 2002 - July 25, 2021

Kenli Parish Riney,18, of Kerrville passed from this life on July 25,2021. She was born in Abilene, Texas to parents, Kevin and Marjohn Parish Riney.

Kenli entered the world in a miraculous way. In her early years, she was an amazing competitive swimmer later playing volleyball for Jim Ned High School, Aces Volleyball in Abilene, Abilene Stars and for Tivy High School her senior year. Throughout her life she sang and created beautiful pieces of art. She loved fiercely, never met a stranger and was thrilled to be accepted to Tarleton State University where she planned to become an equine surgeon. She wanted nothing more in this world than to become a Purple Poo.  Kenli enjoyed working at Cracker Barrell, where she excelled in sales and had a bubbly personality. She will be remembered as being the biggest "sparkle" in the world.  She will be missed by her lifelong friends, Cameron and Addison; her newest Tivy friends, Liana, Regan and Madison as well as her first love, Layne. Kenli loved animals, her friends and most importantly her family.

Our world will never be the same but she would want us all to "Be Kind and Share Christ"

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Clarence "Buddy" Parish and grandmother, Donna Lou Riney.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her parents, Kevin and Marjohn Riney; grandmother, Alyce “Mammie” Parish; grandfather, David Riney; uncles, Tarrance Parish and Todd Parish; aunts, Kim Parish and Kelly Campbell; cousins, Kelci,Taylor, Ali, Connor, Tristen, Keaton and Olivia as well as her god family, Jeremy, Michelle, Cameron and Addison LeCates.

In lieu of floral contributions, the family requests donations be made in Kehli's name to the Tivy Athletic Department/Volleyball, 3250 Loop 534, Kerrville, Texas 78028 .

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, July 31,2021 at Kerrville Funeral Home.
