Mary Adelle Porter Gray

(October 5, 1937 ~ April 10, 2023)

Mary Adelle Porter Gray, daughter of Buford Madison Porter and Emily Orleans Collins, married to Louis Lee Gray and buried in Cedar Gap Cemetery, Tuscola, Taylor County, Texas.  Adelle attended South Taylor School District with the class of 1957 from 3rd -8th grades according to the South Taylor yearbooks.

Mary was born in 1937 in Taylor Co., to B.M. Porter and Emily Collins Porter.  She married Louis Gray in 1956 in the home of Justice of the Peace Mrs. J.L. Baird at Tuscola.  Louis was stationed at Dyess Air Force Base when they met and they spent the next fifty six years together until his passing in 2013.  Mary and Louis were the parents of two sons.  Fry-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of the service.
