Scott, son of  Stanley Earl Boulter and Linda La Nita VanCleave, married Trina Lynne Meador and will be buried in McBee Cemetery.


Scott Boulter passed from this life on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. A visitation will be held at Fry-Smith Funeral Home on Friday, February 28 from 5-7pm. A graveside service will be held at McBee Cemetery on Saturday, March 1 at 1:00pm.

Born February 13th 1964 to Stanley and Linda Boulter. He grew up in Ovalo Texas and graduated from Jim Ned High School in 1982. He married Trina Meador in September of 1981 and they had 3 children Cortnie, Janae, and Parker. He worked for TXDOT for 10 years. He helped start the South Taylor Emergency Medical Services and was their first paramedic. He finished his EMS career at North Runnels Hospital. He then moved to Midland and worked for Devonian Dirt Work doing oil field construction. He moved back to Ovalo to farm and Ranch. He worked alongside Randy Necessary catering through their business Bald Eagle Mountain Catering for over 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents Stanley & Linda, Grandparents Dorothy & Gordon Boulter, Hurshel & Virginia VanCleave and aunt Barbara Earnest.

He is survived by children Cortnie (Thomas) Janae (Jerry) Parker (Amanda). Grandchildren Brody, Skylar,Boston, Jodi, Noah-Kate, and Karter. Sister Lanita (Todd), nephews Will (Kendra), Latham (Hannah). Uncles and aunt Butch (Betty), Jerry (Jonell) and numerous cousins and great nieces & nephews. And fiance Luann Akin.

In leiu of flowers donations may be made to the local volunteer fire epartment.
