Naomi, daughter of Robert Houston Herrington and Mary Annie Traylor, married to Raymond Noal Horton and buried in Eastland City Cemetery, Eastland, Eastland County, Texas.

Naomi Faye Horton, 96, passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2021 in Ranger, Tx. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 6th beginning at 9 a.m. at Edwards Funeral Home in Eastland, Tx. Graveside services will follow at 10 a.m. at the Eastland City Cemetery.

Mrs. Horton was born January 26, 1925 in Tuscola, Tx to Bob Herrington and Annie Traylor Herrington. She graduated from Jim Ned High School. She married Raymond Horton on January 18, 1947 in Brownsville, Tx. They moved to Eastland in 1981 where she was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Raymond preceded her in death on May 27, 1991. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Bynum; 3 brothers; and 4 sisters.

Survivors include a son, Raymond W. Horton and wife Kimberly; 3 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
