My husband, Jackie who graduated from Wylie, and I lived in Abilene. I worked for the Abilene State School and he worked for City of Abilene. After my mother passed away, my dad kelp trying to get us to move in with him. Then I found out I was pregant, so we moved in with him. A beautiful baby girl Ashley Ruth came along. After I retired from the State, I got a call two days before school started, asking me if I would like to go to work for Buffalo Gap campus and I said sure. Then Jackie retired, and when school started this year he started driving a bus route and field trips. Ashley is now 17 and a junior at Jim Ned High School. She is driving now!!!!! She is in band.
