Uh no ,better not anytime soon either
High school was a blast for me. I think we were all so lucky to have gone to such a great school. With great kids and friends. We had it so much easier then our kids do now. I wouldnt trade one thing from high school good or bad. Those years were "The Learning Years" I could never get away with the stuff I did in high school now hehe.
After high school , I married Ben who I had been dating since my junior year. I moved to louisianna for a year and then , moved back to Texas to start nursing school. After nursing school , I worked for 6 years, enjoying being married and traveling. Then we decided to start our family. I had always planned on being a stay at home mom, so after our first child Chase in 1992, I quit my job and devoted my life to my husband kids and family. shortly after our second Child Tessa in 1996 we moved to Beaumont , were my husband works for Federal Bureau of Prisons. Throughout this time I have been fortunate to stay home and raise my kids, To be there for all there school events and participate in there school PTA, and now that they are all grown up , work as a Substitute in their schools. Also because I was fortunate enough to stay home I was able to spend some time with my mom a few years back when she was battling cancer, she passed away and I was blessed to have spent that time with her. My father also recently passed away this past September. I was Blessed to have had loving parents and have them for as long as I did.
These days as I said before I work as a substitute in my kids schools. I am involved in their Choirs , bands and wherever else I am needed. My kids are very involved in their music so every week I am somewhere helping carry equipment , or just listening to them sing at coffee shops or school.
Throughout this time I have been Married to Ben, who is an amazing dad and good husband. He is my rock. He has also made this life I lead possible.
I remember one time in English class, Mrs Davis class the teacher that looked like Farrah Fawcett, I got mad at someone I dont remember who probably Floyd Fain, he use to like to tease me alot, no harm intended Im sure, anyways I said a real dirty wordy , way to loud. The whole class was silenced , and Mart Riley , shouted , when Tina Ochoa speaks people Listen! A reference to a commercial in our time about RON L HUBBARD. That was the funniest thing ever, the whole class laughed and Mart saved my Butt that day cause, Ms Davies didnt have the heart to send me to the office after that. Thanks Mart where ever you are LOL. Those were fun times and good memories. I hope your memories were good ones too..
