I left Taylor County in 1974. My husband, two children and I lived in Richardson, TX. We moved to Rancho Mirage, California in 1977. My husband was a Secret Service agent assigned to President Ford. We moved back to Richardson in 1980. We were divorced in 1985. I remarried in 1986. We moved back to Texas after 20 years in the Seattle/Tacoma area. I retired from King County Elections in Seattle, WA. I was Assistant Superintendent of Elections. It was a very interesting, intense job but I am so glad to be retired!
FHA installation of officers was a solemn, serious event with all the girls and their moms dressed to the nines! Just as we were lighting candles and passing roses to the new incoming officers, someone, who shall remain anonymous, expelled gas LOUDLY! We were all stunned, then the laughter started. We tried to stiffle ourselves and gain composure but to no avail! It was the funniest moment ever! My mom and I were still laughing after we got home that night. Actually, I'm still laughing!!

How are you old friend? I’s been far too long since we have talked or seen each other. I am well and hope you are also. Happy Birthday!

Hope you are having a great day....happy birthday!
Jackie, I don’t know if you are aware that Tommy Gill’s mother is near death in Abilene, at the Hendrick’s Hospice Facility. If you have emails of your class mates, I’d appreciate it if you passed on the info. We’ve been told that she’ll probably not survive the night. Thanks.

Hope you have a wonderful day. I still think of you fondly and our fun days at Jim Ned. It was a special time. Do you remember when we had pictures taken for class favorite at the ranch outside lawn? The photographer wanted you to stand on something so you'd be taller than Johnnie? I don't want to mention the ladies' name, but she said in her raspy voice get that Holy Bible. Get that Holy Bible! You were blushing as you stood on it. It even shows in the black and white photos. I was editor of the yearbook, so I was watching and standing with the photographer. We were all sufficiently stunned. Memories are made of this.
Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday Lino! I do hope we can get together for dinner before too long. Carolee's husband has been ill. I need to call and see how he is doing. I'd still like for the 3 couples to get together somewhere in the area. Hope your birthday is one big smile after another!
