I attended Hardin-Simmons University and graduated in 1969 with a BS in Secondary Education (Business & English). I returned to Jim Ned and taught business and English for 5 years, also serving as high school librarian the last 2 years. Then I worked from home for 16 years, keeping books for our grain elevator, seed & fertilizer business, and teaching piano lessons.
In 1990, I returned to Jim Ned to teach keyboarding and computer literacy in the middle school. In 1996, I received my Master's in Education from Texas Tech University in the area of Instructional Technology with a Learning Resources Endorsement. I've been serving as Technology Coordinator for the District and Middle School librarian since 1997.
